Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “760-00518 RUGER M77 MARK II”. The left side of the barrel is marked “270 WIN.”. The top of the barrel does not have a warning but does have the Southport Address. The scope is marked “LEUPOLD VX-II 2-7x33mm”.

Sights/Optics: The front sight is a brass beaded blade atop a ramped riser on the front of the barrel. The rear sight is a dual leaf rear sight set into a 1/4 rib on the barrel. The receiver is cut for Ruger rings, currently mounting a Leupold VX-II 2-7x33mm with 1/4 MOA covered turrets and a simple duplex reticle. The scope is in overall Excellent condition.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is one-piece checkered walnut with capped pistol grip, ebony tip, fluted straight comb, sling studs front and rear, and Ruger rubber buttpad. The LOP is 13.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The wood shows virtually no sign of wear except a small compression on the face of the grip and a small nick just in front of the rear sling stud. The butt pad is soft and shows virtually no wear. Overall, this stock rates in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion. The muzzle shows no carbon. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The action has light operational wear. The receiver and front sight have turned a plum hue. The rifle shows no notable marks or marrs. The screw heads are sharp and the markings are clear. Overall the rifle is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork and Accessories: The rifle includes a set of bikini style scope caps.
