Markings: The left side of the receiver has the serial number “102-98440” followed by “RUGER CARBINE .44 MAGNUM CAL” with the Ruger phoenix logo. On top of the barrel it reads “BEFORE USING GUN-READ WARNINGS IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM ——STURM RUGER & CO., INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A.——”. Additionally, there is a small circular Ruger marking atop the barrel just before it meets the receiver.
Barrel Length: 18.25”
Sights / Optics: The front sight has a gold bead and the rear sight is a folding leaf-type. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one piece walnut stock with some small wood impressions and light surface scratches. The length of pull is 13 ? inches. All of the furniture is in Excellent condition with minimal imperfections.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its metal finish. There are minimal imperfections throughout the rifle. This writer would give the overall condition of this rifle as Excellent.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
