Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork& Accessories: The rifle comes with a Leupold scope; see above. The rifle also comes with a Harris Ultralight bipod. The bipod extends from 8 ¼ to 12 ¼ inches with 6 locking positions. The bipod needs to be properly cleaned. The bipod is in about Fine condition.

Our Assessment: This Remington Model 700 has a stainless (now camo) 26 inch fluted barrel, a Leupold 4.5-14×50 target scope, an adjustable Harris Ultralight bipod and a new camo finish. This rifle was sent to Robar for the finsh, N3P Process on the bolt, and have the barrel recrowned. The 26 inch fluted barrel has a strong bright bore that should be able to put .308 caliber holes into a tight group at a distance. The Leupold scope should allow you to dial this rifle in nicely. The Harris bipod will help you hold it all on target. This is a nice package. Good luck.
