Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “E6593754”. The left side of the receiver is marked “Remington / MODEL 700”. The left side of the barrel is marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO. INC. ILION, NY 300 REM ULTRA MAG”. The right side of the chamber is marked with a series of Remington Proofs.
Barrel Length: 26”.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded beaded blade dovetailed to a serrated ramp screwed to the barrel. The rear sight is a u-notch fixed to a base on a sliding ramp for elevation adjustment, screwed to the barrel. The top of the receiver is installed with two scope rings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one piece Deluxe checkered walnut with capped semi-pistol grip, fluted monte carlo comb with cheek piece, Remington buttpad, ebony tipped forend, and two sling studs front and rear. The LOP measures approximately 13 1/2” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering is sharp. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows little to no operation wear. The markings are clear. The screwheads are strong and sharp. There are a few faint handling marks on the barrel. The engraving is crisp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
