Our Assessment: The Remington 870 Wingmaster has been one of America’s most trusted pump-action shotguns since its introduction in the 1950s. This 20 gauge Magnum Wingmaster, made in 1977, offers both lighter recoil and magnum capability, ideal for upland game, waterfowl, or even home defense applications. The 28″ fixed full choke barrel makes it particularly well-suited for longer-range patterning.
Its high-gloss blued finish and classic checkered walnut furniture make it a visually appealing and durable choice. Wingmasters from this era are known for their smooth actions and high craftsmanship standards, especially compared to later production models.
Whether you’re looking for a dependable field gun, a piece of classic Remington craftsmanship, or an investment-grade pump-action for your collection, this 870 Wingmaster fits the bill. Please see our high quality photos and good luck on your bid! -M.C.
