Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “300 WIN MAG / 1-10 TWIST”. The right side of the barrel is marked “NOSLER”. The left side of the receiver is marked “NML21-0111 NOSLER MODEL 21 / –BEND OREGON–”.

Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece carbon fiber stock with a factory all-weather epoxy style paint finish. The stock also has a semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, black rubber buttpad, sling studs front and rear, and a Spartan Precision Equipment classic rifle adapter for a bipod. The LOP measures 13 1/2″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock shows no notable wear. The epoxy paint finish is intact throughout. The stock fits tightly to the barreled action, with no play. The stock does not touch the barrel whatsoever, the barrel is completely free-floating all the way to the action. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the stock rates in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light wear on the top of the receiver, where scope mounts used to be, along with a few scattered light scratches and imperfections throughout the barrel and floorplate. The action shows minor operational wear on the friction surfaces. Otherwise, the matte stainless finish is very much intact, and strong throughout. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good to Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. The trigger has a crisp and clean break. The trigger is also externally adjustable, with pull weights from 2.5-5.5 lbs. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

The 24″ #3 contour barrel with a 1:10 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of heavy-for-caliber projectiles, and the bore condition being bright and sharp, and rated 10/10, confirms excellent care and minimal use.
The rifle’s carbon-fiber stock further elevates its field performance. Light, rigid, and fully free-floated, the stock is finished in a durable all-weather epoxy texture and includes a Spartan Precision bipod adapter for modern field shooting styles. With approximately 98% original finish, only light wear from scope mounting, and minor handling marks, the rifle retains a clean and modern appearance. The matte stainless metalwork, tight bedding, crisp trigger, and smooth cycling action showcase the quality that has made the Model 21 one of the most respected premium production rifles of the 2020s.
Altogether, this Nosler Model 21 is a refined, highly capable long-range hunting rifle; powerful, accurate, and thoughtfully engineered throughout.
