Sights / Optics: The front sight is a tall beaded blade that is dovetailed to the barrel. The rear sight is a U-notch semi-buckhorn elevator sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered wood with a capped forearm, capped pistol grip, straight comb, and a crescent blued buttplate. The wood is clean with no notable handling wear. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 5/8” from the front of the trigger to the rear of the buttplate, which shows no wear. Overall, the stocks rate in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no notable operational or handling wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp. Overall, this rifle is in about Excellent – Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly and smoothly. The lever safety is present and functions properly. Tang Safety. Rebounding hammer. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes in its original serial matching box within an outer protective box with paperwork including a manual.
Our Assessment: This is a stunning and finely crafted example of the Winchester 1894 Limited Series, produced in 2010 to honor the legacy of Oliver F. Winchester. The High Grade version you see here is particularly desirable, featuring Grade II/III walnut stocks, a polished 24” half octagonal barrel, and beautifully executed engraving with gold inlay that commemorates the company’s namesake and iconic rifle lineage.
