Our Assessment: Introduced by Kimber in 2001, the 84M Varmint is a premium varmint hunting rifle. It combines some of the most desirable features such as a 3-position safety, controlled feed bolt, stainless steel barrel, and an A-grade checkered walnut stock with an oil finish. The rifle features a 24″ fluted barrel chambered for .204 Ruger. This model is no longer in production, so if you missed an opportunity to get one, here is your second chance. It comes with a nice Leupold scope, ready to lower the varmint population, ring steel, or put holes in paper. Please see our photos and good luck!
