Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded post and the rear sight is an adjustable aperture.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The handguard are synthetic while the thumbhole with rubber buttstock is synthetic polymer. The LOP measures 15” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttstock. There is some minor scratching and handling marks present. The stock rates in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright and the rifling is sharp. There is little to no visible erosion in the bore. There is fouling present
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows some corrosion around the muzzle device. There is some scratching and scuffs present. The screw heads are sharp and the pine are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine overall condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: This is a Kimber imported, Daewoo manufactured DR-200 that came into the US after the 1994 AWB and has been legally reconverted back to the original configuration. This rifle was meant to mimic the preban DR-100 model and has the same reputation for being a very well built gun with reliable performance history and ease of use. It is piston operated, but shares many design features of the AR-15, and uses standard AR magazines. The stock is very rugged and has zero movement to it. With a low recoil and great ergonomics this is a great example of firearms technology. Though spare parts are rare and expensive, this unit would be an excellent investment piece or a range toy.
