Markings: The receiver is marked “AUGUSTA”, “Y 1005”, and “S-I SPORTING” on the outside. The inside of the receiver is marked with Italian proofs. The left side of the barrel set is marked “KIMBER MFG. YONKERS. NY – INVESTARM – MADE IN ITALY”, and “CAM 76 18.7 KGI 710 18.7”. The bottom of the block is marked with proofs, the date code “BT”, the serial number “Y 1005” and “12/76”.

Choke: This shotgun has been threaded for the included extended chokes. Currently installed with Cylinder / Skeet. Also includes Improved Cylinder, Light Modified, Modified, and Improved Modified. 6 total chokes.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a HI-Viz interchangeable fiber optic front sight currently a medium sized green. Also includes 3 different sized green, 3 orange and a white insert. There is also a small white mid bead. The top of the rib is checkered for reducing glare.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set is a two piece checkered Walnut set with a Schnabel forend and a semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, right handed palm swell stock with a rubber butt pad. The trigger shoe is adjustable for length of pull currently set to 14.5”. The drop at comb is 1.5” and the drop at heel is 2”. The cast is slightly right handed. The shotgun weighs 7lbs 15OZ. The forend shows very minor handling wear with some very minor compressions. The stock shows scattered surface level lines, and minor compressions. There is a small chip in the rear edge of the pommel. The buttpad is soft and pliable. There are no visible cracks. Overall the furniture is in Very Good condition.

Finish Originality: Original.
Bore Condition: The smooth bores are mirror bright. There is no erosion in the bores. The bore shows minor lines from use with some barely visible plastic fouling. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains approximately 99% of its metal finish. There is minor operational wear, mostly concealed while assembled. There are a few scattered minor marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun is in Very Good to Very Good+ condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly including the ejectors. The action locks up tight with no play. The safety/selector does not set automatically but functions properly when set manually. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
