Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded post fixed to the gas block. The rear sight is a two position flip up peep sight fixed to the dust cover.
Stock Configuration & Condition: This rifle has a three piece furniture set with a steel right-side folding tubular stock, polymer pistol grip with grip fin, and serrated polymer handguard. The folding stock and handguard have light wear with some scratches and pressure dents throughout. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the stock set rates in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light handling and storage wear. There are light scratches and nicks throughout. Most of the wear is on the flip out stock and a nick on the faux suppressor. The markings are clear. The screw heads and pins are undamaged. The side plate is missing one of its pins. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good condition. (See Mechanics)
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. The dust cover will not fit into place without heavily forcing it to fit. The side plate is missing one of its pins.

Our Assessment: This Ikon Micro Galil G223R presents as a well-kept, modern tactical rifle with strong cosmetic and mechanical condition. The metal retains about 98% of its finish and the bore is bright with sharp rifling (9/10), indicating little wear from use. The three-piece furniture and folding tubular stock show only light handling marks and pressure dents, and the action cycles correctly on inspection. Overall it is a very usable example for sport, range, or modern sporting collection use.
Notable service items: the dust cover will not seat without heavy forcing and the left side plate is missing a retaining pin — both should be addressed before regular use. We recommend a competent gunsmith fit the dust cover, replace the missing pin, and perform a basic function/safety check and professional cleaning.
