Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “12 GA. SUPER BLACK EAGLE-BENELLI-ITALY-” with proofs underneath including the date code “BF”. The left side of the chamber is marked “HECKLER & KOCH.INC.-STERLING.VA.-MADE IN ITALY”. The right side of the barrel is marked “12 GA 3 ½” – FOR 2 ¾”, 3” OR 3 ½” SHELLS / READ OWNER’S MANUAL BEFORE USING GUN”. The left side of the barrel is marked “BENELLI ARMI SPA URBINO ITALY.”

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a long red fiber optic bar mounted to the top rib. There is a silver bead at the midlength for alignment purposes. Both receiver and barrel rib is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The two piece buttstock and handguard are checkered polymer featuring traditional pistol grip, fluted straight comb, Benelli vented rubber recoil pad, and sling studs located on the bottom of the buttstock and mag tube cap. The LOP measures 14.25″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the back of the fixed buttstock. There are some scratches and scuffs on the stocks, but no chips or cracks. The stocks rate a Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no visible erosion. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its finish. The pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. There are some light scratches on the receiver and some finish loss on the muzzle. Overall, this shotgun rates an Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
