Markings: The upper tang is marked “MODEL H010X / XFFS05225”. The left side of the barrel is marked “HENRY REPEATING ARMS-RICE LAKE, WI. -MADE IN USA”. The right side of the barrel is marked “CAL. 45 – 70 GOV’T”. The buttpad is marked “HENRY”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a green fiber optic beaded blade atop of a riser that is screwed to the barrel. The rear sight is an adjustable U-notch with two red fiber optic dots that is dovetailed and set screwed to the barrel.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are a black synthetic textured set. The forearm features a Picatinny rail on the bottom at the front and M-lok accessory rail slots. The buttstock features a pistol grip, straight comb, and a firm rubber buttpad. There is an in-line sling stud in the belly and the bottom of the forearm. There are no notable imperfections. The LOP measures 14 1/4” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no notable wear or damage. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. A lever safety is present and functional. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Whether you’re in need of a lightweight brush gun, versatile hog dropper, rugged deer gun, dedicated truck gun, or all the above, you will be hard-pressed to find a better option. The lever action .45-70 has been around forever, but that doesn’t mean it needs to stop evolving to meet modern needs.” This rifle is truly a beauty and it doesn’t seem to have seen any use.
