Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “P7M10 .40 S&W HECKLER & KOCH GMBH / OBERNDORF/N MADE IN W-GERMANY”, the right is marked with the serial number, “M10”, eagle over “N” proof and “Hk Inc. Sterling VA”. The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number, “M10”, eagle over “N”, date code and Ulm antler. The grip panels are marked “Hk P7M10”.

Sights / Optics: The pistol has a TRU GLO three white outlined tritium lamp sighting system. The front sight is a blade with one white outlined lamp that is dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a square notched base with two white outlined lamps, dovetailed onto the slide. The tritium lamps are depleted.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are high-strength polymer with textured flanks screw set to the frame. The grips show minor handling wear with a few minor surface level lines and one small compression on the left side of the magwell. There are no cracks. The bottom leading edges of the grip panels both have small chips forming. The grips rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. The bore shows barely visible lines from use. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains 99% of its metal finish. The finish shows some very faint surface level lines scattered throughout the finish with no real notable marks or marrs. The markings are very clear, the screw heads are sharp and the action is very smooth. The right grip panel screw has some minor surface rust in the slot. Overall this pistol is in about Excellent- Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. This pistol features a gas-delayed blowback system. The pistol’s action is cocked by squeezing the front strap of the grip frame, delivering a smooth, short trigger pull. The pistol has an ambidextrous magazine release located on the trigger guard. The slide to frame fit is tight. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
