As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: The Heckler & Koch P7, especially an original 1981 production model, is one of the most distinctive and innovative service pistols ever developed. Chambered in 9mm and fed from an 8-round single-stack magazine, the P7 stands out for its unique gas-delayed blowback system, which uses gas tapped from the barrel to retard the rearward motion of the slide, resulting in minimal recoil and extremely fast follow-up shots. This system also contributes to the pistol’s famously low bore axis and excellent accuracy.
One of its signature features is the front strap squeeze-cocking mechanism. The pistol remains in a “safe” state until the shooter firmly squeezes the front of the grip, cocking the internal striker. Releasing it immediately decocks the pistol. The heel-style magazine release, a common feature on European sidearms of the era. This example retains the original grips, which, combined with its early ‘80s production date, gives it strong collector appeal. The P7 gained notoriety for its precision and engineering, and served with several German police forces and special units, prized for its compact size, exceptional build quality, and mechanical ingenuity. Today, original examples like this are highly sought after by both shooters and collectors. Please see our high quality photos via the link and best of luck with your bidding!!!-R.L.
