Our Assessment: This German K98 was made at the Mauser Oberndorf factory in Germany back in 1938. The rifle has been rebuilt but still retains many of its original markings. The markings on the metal are deep and including several Nazi “eagle / swastika” stampings on the receiver. This Nazi K98 shows distress from its WWII use but that adds to its history. Good luck.
