Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN BELGIUM” and at the receiver with Belgian proof marks. The right side of the barrel is marked “BAR CALIBER 7. Rem. Mag. ONLY / PATENT PENDING”. The right of the receiver is marked with the serial number at the chamber ring. The sides of the receiver have grade II engraving with light flourishes, the left has the bust of a ram and the right has a bust of a bear. The bottom of the floorplate and bottom of the trigger guard have light flourish engraving
Barrel Length: 24″
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a beaded blade dovetailed to a serrated, ramped base fixed to the front of the barrel. The rear sight is a flip-up sight with a square notched fitting with a white triangle aiming reference. The rear sight is dovetailed into the barrel. The top of the receiver is installed with two-piece view thru bases with integral rings holding a Leupold M8 6x scope. The body has a few light scuffs that have lightly thinned the finish and there are a few dings, the most noticeable are on the objective bell. The scope has a duplex reticle and the glass is clear. The scope rates in about Fine condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with pistol grip, straight comb, basketweave textured black rubber Browning buttpad, and sling studs front and rear. The stocks have some scattered scrapes, draglines, some dings, and compressions. The most noticeable defects are on the front of the wrist, belly above the toe, and on the right of the forend at the receiver. The checkering is well defined but there are some scrapes and compressions, mainly on the forend and most noticeable on the right and right sloping into the bottom. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 3/4″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The pad shows scattered light wear, most notable at the heel and toe. Overall, the stocks are in about Fine condition.
Type of Finish: Blued, Black alloy trigger guard and floorplate.

Bore Condition: The bore is semi-bright with sharp rifling. There are a few freckles of faint surface erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 93% of its metal finish. The finish is thinning at most edges. There is a small spot of oxidation on the right of the receiver at the top rear. There are a few light scuffs and rubs on the receiver. The floorplate has a few light marks. The barrel has some scrapes, scratches, and dings into the metal, the most noticeable are on the sides at the front and there are a couple more at the nose of the forend. The edge of the muzzle has thinning. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. There is a cross-bolt safety behind the trigger. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with the installed scope as described and a three round magazine with a few oil marks and operational thinning.
