Our Assessment:  Secure a piece of Cold War history with the FMAP FSL, Argentina’s domestically manufactured civilian variant of the legendary FAL rifle. Rooted in the events of the Falklands War, the FAL served as Argentina’s primary firearm during the confrontation and was produced by FMAP and other national arsenals. Despite the dependable performance of the FAL, Argentina ultimately faced defeat. In the tumultuous period that followed, which included the overthrow of the military junta, FMAP turned its focus to the civilian market, introducing the FSL among its offerings. This rifle embodies all the dependability of FN-made FALs but carries its own distinct historical significance. Seize this iconic Cold War firearm and enrich your FAL collection. -L.S.
