Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “SAKO L691 844145”. The left side of the barrel is marked “G R DOUGLAS / 375 H&H”.
Barrel Length: 29” with Radial Muzzle Brake, 26 1/2″ without brake.
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The receiver is mounted with a two-piece quick detach scope base.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece textured black synthetic/fiberglass stock, with textured semi-pistol grip, fluted raised comb, black rubber decelerator buttpad, and a textured forearm. The LOP measures 13” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock shows light to moderate signs of wear, with scattered scratches throughout, and a few spots on the buttstock where the finish has chipped off. There are no cracks, nor are there any chips that affect anything other than aesthetics. There are sling studs front and rear. Overall, the stock is in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 90% of its original metal finish. The balance of finish shows light wear, with some scattered scratches, and 3 rub marks, ranging from 1/4″ to 3/4″ on the left side of the barrel where the finish has rubbed completely off. The action has light operational wear. Other than those imperfections, there is no more notable wear. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. The trigger has a crisp and clean break. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Conditionally, the rifle retains about 90% of its original finish with some scattered wear and rub marks on the barrel and light operational wear on the action. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, rating 9.5/10, and the mechanics function properly with a crisp trigger break.
