Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “Wraith”. The right side of the frame is marked “DAN WESSON FIREARMS NORWICH, NY U.S.A. / 2001858”. The chamber is marked “9MM / MATCH”.
Barrel Length: 5 3/4″ Threaded, with Thread Protector.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a black blade with a tritium dot, dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a square notch sight with a tritium dot, dovetailed to the slide. AmeriGlo Night Sights. The top of the slide is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock/Grip Configuration & Condition: The grips are a two-piece textured G10 grip set. The grips show no notable signs of wear. The grips fit tightly to the frame, with no play. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips rate in Excellent condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: 2x 10rd factory magazines, both are in Excellent condition.
Type of Finish: Matte Gray “Distressed Duty” Finish

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no notable wear. The finish is intact throughout. The screw heads are sharp, and the pins are unmarred. Overall, this pistol rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. We did not fire this pistol, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes with its original serial number matching plastic hard case, owner’s manual/paperwork, cable lock, wrench, and the magazines as mentioned above.
Our Assessment: The Dan Wesson Firearms Wraith represents one of the most distinctive modern evolutions of the 1911 platform, blending classic single-action geometry with contemporary suppressor-ready features. Produced under the Dan Wesson/CZ-USA banner during the late 2010s, the Wraith was designed as a factory-threaded, duty-capable 9mm 1911, pairing a 5 3/4-inch match barrel with a purpose-built slide profile and top serrations to reduce glare. Chambered in 9mm Luger, the platform benefits from softer recoil characteristics and fast follow-up shots while retaining the crisp trigger feel and ergonomics that define the 1911 lineage.
This example remains in outstanding condition, retaining approximately 99 percent of its original matte gray “Distressed Duty” finish, with no notable wear beyond factory-applied aesthetic treatment. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and rates 10/10, and the AmeriGlo tritium night sights remain crisp and properly aligned. The G10 grip panels are clean, tight to the frame, and free of damage, and the threaded barrel retains its protector. Accompanied by its original serial-number-matching hard case, paperwork, wrench, cable lock, and two factory 10-round magazines, this Wraith presents as a high-quality, low-use example of Dan Wesson’s premium modern 1911 offerings.
