Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated face, red fiber optic rod dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a blacked out serrated square notch elevation adjustable rear sight dovetailed to the slide. This slide is not optics cut.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are a two piece aggressively checkered grip set screw set to the frame. The grips show essentially no signs of wear or damage. The frame includes an accessory rail. Overall the grips are in Like New condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This pistol includes three x 18 round magazines in Like New condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The feed ramp is smooth and shiny with very minor brass fouling. This pistol appears unfired outside of factory testing. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes a CZ serialized case, the three magazines, owner’s manual, cleaning brush and jag, allen wrench, cable lock with keys, and the custom shop test target.

It carries a red fiber-optic front sight mated to fully adjustable target rear sight and a two-piece aggressively checkered grip set that locks the hand for consistent control during rapid fire strings.
The work done by the CZ Custom Shop has smoothed the trigger movement, enhanced the break, lowered pull weight and shortened the reset to competition standards, and the slide-to-frame fit is markedly superior to standard factory examples leaving a pistol with smooth lockup and cycling. The combination of Custom Shop trigger work, premium fitment, secure grips and three magazines yields a fast, controllable match pistol built to perform at a high level in serious competition or precision range use.
