Markings: The left side of the frame is marked “RUGER® .44 MAGNUM CAL. / NEW MODEL SUPER BLACKHAWK®”. The right side of the frame under the cylinder is marked with the serial number “85-32409”. Both grip plates are marked at the top with a Ruger logo.
Barrel Length: 4 1/2″ w/Mag-Na-Port style porting and custom crown.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated ramped blade with red insert integral to a base fixed to the barrel. The rear sight is a square-notch with white outline in a base pinned to the topstrap and is adjustable for elevation and windage.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece smooth faux-ivory panels. There are light handling marks, and the left panel has one dark scuff over the screw. The left panel has taken a distinct pink-ish tone. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in Fine-plus condition.

Finish Originality: Refinished
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its current finish. There are minor handling marks, and the cylinder shows a turn line through the finish. The frame, hammer, and loading gate have all taken on a light plum hue. The screws show light toolmarks with strong slots, pins are unmarred, and all markings are clear. Overall, this revolver rates in about Fine-plus condition, as refinished.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The cylinder locks with minor play on each chamber. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes a black plastic Plano Protector snap case and black cloth storage bag. The case shows only light wear from handling and storage, and rates in Fine condition.
