Our Assessment: It’s easy to see whenever a manufacturer creates a set like this, it’s meant to be memorable. These derringers were given every aesthetic considered sophisticated for a pair of pocket pistols including consecutive serial numbers, faux ivory grips, nickel finish, a posh box inset for them to rest in a sense of yin/yang balance with the box itself made to look like a vintage or rare book. All these little details all for the purpose of releasing serotonin directly into your limbic brain. Not as much as a Lamborghini in the driveway but still a healthy dose of ownership pride. Let it be yours. Good luck in your bidding!
