Markings:
The receiver heel is marked “7.62MM M21DMR / BULA DEFENSE / 10958.” The left side of the receiver is marked “BULA DEFENSE SYSTEMS / CLEVELAND, OH.” Additional standard factory proof and assembly marks are present. The Nikon optic is marked “Nikon P-308 Precision AR Optic” with “4-12×40” power range, on the underside of the turret housing.

Barrel Length: 22” modified USGI profile barrel

Sights / Optics:
The rifle retains its original USGI-style iron sights and features an integral, hollowed Picatinny scope rail precision-aligned with the bore to allow use of both optics and irons. Mounted is a Nikon P-308 4-12×40 BDC scope, designed and ballistically matched for the .308 cartridge. The optic’s glass remains clear with crisp edge-to-edge resolution.

Stock Configuration & Condition:
This rifle is stocked in a one-piece American walnut stock with a pistol grip and a straight comb. The forend is fitted with a black composite USGI-style ventilated handguard. The stock rates in Excellent condition with only faint handling and storage marks visible.

Magazine Quantity & Condition:
One (1) detachable 20-round box magazine is included, in Excellent condition.

Type of Finish:
Factory manganese phosphate with Cerakote protection on external surfaces.

Finish Originality:
Factory original.

Bore Condition:
The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.

Overall Condition:
This rifle retains about 98–99% of its finish. Wear is limited to faint handling marks on the receiver and scope rail from mounting hardware, and light rubs on the flash hider. The screw heads are sharp, the pins are unmarred, and the markings are crisp and deep. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.

Mechanics:
The action functions correctly. The rifle is gas-operated with a piston-driven semi-automatic system modeled after the M14/M21 lineage. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories:
The rifle comes in a black hard case with egg-crate style foam interior, fitted with sling, one 20-round magazine, and Nikon P-308 4-12×40 scope mounted to the factory rail.
