Our Assessment: Today, the original Sako-made Safari and High-Power bolt-action rifles are highly sought-after by collectors and hunters for their quality, history, and beauty and are considered excellent investments. Though the Safari was the base model of the High-Power Rifles, this is a firearm of exceptional finish and quality. The mechanics are in excellent condition and it is chambered in the very versatile .243 cartridge.
