Barrel Length: 30” with wide floating rib.
Choke: This shotgun is threaded for Invector plus Chokes and includes three Midas Grade chokes. Currently installed with Improved Cylinder Over Modified. Also includes a FULL.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a large white bead at the front of the rib with an ivory mid bead. The rib is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set on this shotgun is a checkered grade one walnut set with a squared off modern looking Schnabel style forend and a semi-pistol grip straight comb stock with Inflex Technology rubber buttpad. The length of pull is 14.5, the drop at comb is 1.5” and the drop at heel is 1.5”. The cast is neutral. The shotgun weighs 8lbs 3OZ. The forend shows minor handling with no notable marks or marrs. The stock shows handling with some surface level lines and a few very small compressions. The buttpad is very soft and pliable. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the furniture set is in Very Good+ condition.
Type of Finish: Blued barrels with Gold Toned Trigger and a coin(French Gray) receiver.
Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bores are mirror bright with no erosion. There is very minor visible plastic fouling and very minor visible lines from use. In this writer’s opinion the bores rates 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The only real wear is minor rub wear on the lower barrel from the handguard which is concealed when assembled and rub wear on the sides of the monobloc. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear and the pins are clean. Overall, this gun rates in about Very Good+ to Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The shotgun features a single selective trigger and ejectors. The barrels lock up solidly with zero play. The safety does not engage automatically when the action is opened but does function properly when engaged manually. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: This Browning Cynergy CX is a modern over-under shotgun built as a crossover platform for both clay target shooting and upland hunting. This 2023 model is chambered in 12 gauge and features 30-inch barrels that deliver excellent balance and smooth swing characteristics.
