Our Assessment: This Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon III in 28 gauge is a fine example of Beretta quality. With the immense quality of a Beretta, beautiful engraving and nice walnut stocks, this is a gun that comes alive in your hands and promises to be an absolute nightmare for both clay and flesh birds. Chambered for 28 gauge with a 26? barrel and capable of accepting a variety of chokes, this is a versatile gun that will be suitable for upland birds and challenging yourself on the Skeet fields. This shotgun is in Fine Plus condition with little sign of use. If you have an appreciation for the finest double guns, this Gold Pigeon is a fantastic gun you don’t want to pass up. Please see our photos and good luck!
