The left side of the top barrel is marked “12GA 3” – 26.5” BERETTA – MADE IN ITALY GARDONE, V.T.”. The right side of the top barrel is marked “BERETTA USA CORP.. ACKK, MD. WARNING – READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR SAFE OPERATION BOOK FREE FROM BERETTA”. The bottom of the stock is marked “WOOD XTRA”. The buttpad is marked “GEL-TEK”. The forend iron is marked “P13060B”. The water table has several proofs. The bottom of the monoblock is marked “P13060B”. Under the forend is marked “CAN .76”, “18.4”, “EXCELSIOR – HIGH STRENGTH ALLOYED STEEL KG1370 18.4 2020242M” and the date code “BS”.

Sights / Optics: This shotgun is equipped with a green fiber optic front sight and fully checkered rib.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The wood furniture is a two piece Beretta XTRA WOOD stock set. The stock is checkered full pistol grip, fluted straight comb stock with gel buttpad. The forend is a checkered forend with full length finger shelf. The wood on the forend has no notable wear. The stock has wear from use, mostly on the right hand side and the gel buttpad has begun to crack and separate from the stock. The length of pull is 14.75”. Overall the wood is in Good to Very Good condition.
Type of Finish: Blued, Black and Gold.

Bore Condition: The smooth bores are bright. There is no erosion in the bores. There is plastic fouling from wads present in the forcing cone. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 9/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains approximately 98% of its metal finish. There is minor operational wear, mostly concealed while assembled. There are a few scattered minor marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun is in Very Good to Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly including ejectors. The action locks up tight with no play. The safety does set automatically after firing. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun includes the original locking blue plastic case, owner’s manual, paperwork, action lock with keys, extra buttpad, chokes, and sling mount.
