Markings: The left side of the slide is marked with the AMT Logo and “AUTOMAG V / 50 A.E.”. The left side of the frame is marked “IRWINDALE, CA.” next to the AMT logo. The right side of the frame is marked “1041-3000”. The right side of the slide is marked “STAINLESS – MADE IN U.S.A.” and with a warning to read the manual.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a ramped blade with a recessed white dot and is fixed to the slide’s solid rib. The rear sight is a square notch sight with two recessed white dots and is adjustable for windage and elevation pinned to the slide’s rib.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are grooved plastic panels. The grips show minor nicks and dings with a heavier ding on the bottom edge of the left panel. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in about Fine condition.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 95% of its metal finish. While the gun is stainless there is what looks like oxidation in the slide serrations and hammer. There are some scattered rubs and scuffs that have caused smooth spots, the most noticeable are on the frontstrap. The matte surfaces show some mottled discoloration. The brushed slide flats have some minor marks and draglines. The screw heads range from sharp to tool marked with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in about Very Good-Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide moves smoothly and has some play to the frame. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a through cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes with a single 5-round magazine and a manual. The magazines have some little draglines and scuffs from use, in about Fine condition.
