Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle is provided with a vintage leather covered case. The corners are reinforced and all the latches are in working condition. The inside is a beautiful royal blue felt. This case is great for displaying this beautiful rifle.
Our Assessment: As technology advanced so did the guns. Law Enforcement called for a new design from the lever action repeaters and this is what they got. They keep the .30 caliber round because of its flat trajectory and stopping power and upgraded the lever action to an auto-loading design. This is a glance at the beginning of the first large caliber auto-loading center-fire rifles. This rifle design was used by the many agencies from the FBI to the Texas Rangers. This is just a great rifle for any collection and is in operating condition.
