Our Assessment: Any firearm designated in a ‘Diamond Grade’ category had better deliver and this 1980’s 101 from Olin Kodensha, for Winchester, certainly does; it was made in a short period before production began at Miroku, making it somewhat scarce in the run of firearm history. With two barrel sets, 5 chokes and a hard luggage case, you can step into competitive shooting without worrying about snickers from the shooters to your left and right, in fact, they may lose concentration. There is quite a bit of life left in this shotgun and even if it does not make it out to the range often, it will be the flagship of your sporting gun collection. Please see our pictures and good luck.
