Sights / Optics: This shotgun is mounted with a full length ventilated rib and a bead at the muzzle as well as a mid-rib bead.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are lightning configuration, with deep checkering and a hard varnish factory finish. Only light storage marks and a handful of dings can be seen. The wood is both attractive and sharp. The LOP measures 14 1/4″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the Browning Buttplate. The stocks rate in about excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no erosion. In this writer’s opinion, this bore rates a 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows only a little rubbing from the safety. We are hard pressed to find wear or finish loss here. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp. Overall, this shotgun rates in about excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions properly. IT IS VERY TIGHT! We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: Browning Citori shotguns are extremely dependable and make for great investments. The Citori was introduced in 1973 as an alternative to the highly successful Superposed model. It has been made ever since in numerous calibers and configurations, filling just about any role you could think of for an over under shotgun.With Browning’s design and modern Japanese manufacturing, the Citori is one of the best shotguns available. We are all Citori loyalists here and if you see any of us on the skeet field, it will be with a Citori.This one is about Mint and is in the hard-to-find 28 Ga. chambering and is a top of the line grade.
