Sights/ Optics: The front sight is a blade with a green dot with a tritium lamp in the center, dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a square-notch with two tritium lamps dovetailed to the slide. The lamps glow faintly in low light level environments. This pistol has an Optic-Ready Slide Compatible with ROMEO1PRO, Delta Point Pro, and RMR. The bottom of the frame has an integral accessory rail (no accessories are installed or included).
Stock Configuration & Condition/ Grip: The grip is fitted with custom checkered Hogue walnut grip panels. The grips have some light handling marks. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grip is in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates a 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: The pistol retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are some light handling marks but the gun lacks any notable defects. The markings remain clear. Overall, the pistol is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide to frame fit is snug. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, it may need a thorough cleaning to meet your maintenance standards
Box Paperwork and Accessories: The gun comes with its serial-matched box, paperwork including the instruction manual, a challenge coin, and a total of three 17-round magazines.
