Choke: The barrels are threaded for removable chokes with Full (L) and Modified (R) installed. Also included are Improved Modified, Improved Cylinder and Cylinder.
Sights / Optics: There is a silver-colored bead front sight at the front of the solid, concave rib.
Weight: 6 lb., 12.5 oz.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with beavertail forend, pistol grip, straight comb and solid orange rubber buttpad. The stocks have a few scattered tiny marks, but no notable wear or damage. The checkering is well defined. There are no chips or cracks. The drop at comb measures approximately 1 3/8″, drop at heel 2 1/8″. The LOP measures 14 1/2″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the pad, 13 7/8″ to the rear of the wood. The pad has minor wear. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright. There is no erosion in the bores. In this writer’s opinion, the bores rate 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly including ejectors. The safety automatically engages when the lever is pushed. The barrels lock up with no play to the receiver. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun comes in a blue plastic combination lock Beretta case with the extra chokes in capped tubes, choke wrench, an assortment of factory paperwork including manual and cloth drawstring covers for the barrel and action assemblies.
Our Assessment: Through years of production, well-proven side by sides have shown off the best of Beretta’s skill. Surprisingly light and responsive, they incorporate features that enhance performance and durability while preserving their simplicity. This is a 471 Silver Hawk, which has finish and engraving providing beauty equal to its manufacturing quality. This shotgun is in Excellent condition, appearing to have been used seldom, if at all.
