Sights / Optics: The front sight is a fixed blade with a red fiber optic bead dovetailed to the slide, the rear sight is a fully adjustable square notch.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The two piece synthetic grips are checkered. The grips show light handling and storage marks. The grips rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, this bore rates a 9.5 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light wear from handling and storage. The metal shows a few minor smudges, scuffs and scratches.The screw heads are sharp.. The markings are clear.. Overall, this pistol rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions Correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This 1911 includes a manual, other paperwork, original wood grips, extra fiber optic material and a Trikon hard case with keys.

This is the ultimate custom 1911 made by Springfield Armory. This example is the TGO 1 and was manufactured in 1911, they no longer offer this model. This well made 1911 is in Excellent overall condition, showing light use. This handgun has a crisp trigger, great bore and tip top mechanics. All this pistol needs is some magazines and you’ll be ready to make this baby sing at the range. This high end custom Springfield 1911 would go well in any pistol collection, do not miss out on this well maintained example, we do not see these very often.
