Our Assessment: The Krieghoff K80 needs no introduction…. It is the Rolex or Rolls-Royce of the shooting world. It is the gun that just about every shooter wants to add to the safe or arsenal for the range. The gun can literally take thousands of rounds and shooters trust these guns to take the abuse of serious competition. This is one is SHARP and has Krieghoffs “Super Scroll” pattern engraving paired with exquisitely figured wood stocks, both of which pop on the dual-toned finish. It doesn’t stop there, this one comes with a Krieghoff case and accessories. This is such a work of art, a true work of beauty one needs to have in hand to truly comprehend. The bluing is first glass, it shimmers like a calm lake under a midnight moon. The satin nickel is incredible, this shotgun is a true treasure. The engraving harkens back to the days of old world artisans and is the perfect touch of class for this already outstanding shotgun. The wood just sets it over the top, the grain and coloring is insane, the tiger striping is next level. Those are just the looks, it’s a Krieghoff after all so we know it shoots like a dream. The trigger is crisp and the mechanics are CRISP. Oh ya, and did I mention it has a bank vault lockup? She has it all….You owe it to yourself to see the pictures, this is a jaw-dropping over under. Please see our photos and good luck!
Some are hot, some are not, but thankfully most can be shot!
