Gauge: 12, chambered for 2 3/4” Shells. Also included are a series of Briley sub-gauge tubes with screw-in chokes for 20 GA, 28 GA, and .410 GA. Please see the photos for details.

Choke: This shotgun utilizes screw-in chokes. Skeet over Improved Cylinder are currently installed.

Sights/Optics: This shotgun is mounted with a full-length ventilated rib and two beads.

Stock Configuration and Condition: The stocks are satin-finished checkered walnut. The wood has only minor wear that includes dings and compressions. The LOP measures 14 3/4” from the front of the trigger to the back of the hard rubber pad. Overall, the stocks are in Fine-plus condition.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bores are bright. There is no erosion. In this writer’s opinion, the bores rate a 9 out of 10!

Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The metal has just light handling wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp. Overall, this shotgun rates in Fine-Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions properly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork, and Accessories: This shotgun will ship in a black SKB luggage case and includes the aforementioned sub-gage tubes, each with two additional chokes. Also included are three choke wrenches, three knock-out rods, a knock-out tool, and a hammer.

Our Assessment: With Browning’s design and modern Japanese manufacturing, the Citori is one of the best shotguns available.
