There is another sling mount on the barrel. There are a few scattered draglines and light marks. There are a few scattered little marks through the finish, most noticeable on the belly. The checkering is strong. There are no chips or cracks.  The LOP is 14 1/4? from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The Blaser pad has some scattered light wear. Overall, the stocks are in about Fine Plus condition.

Type of Finish: Matte Black & French Gray Alloy Receiver

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion. In my opinion, this bore is a 10 out of 10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. There is a bit of wear on the top edges of the receiver from the installation of the barrel and standard use. There are some scattered light handling marks. There are some light nicks on the trigger guard. There are a couple of tiny marks through the finish on the barrel. The screwheads are lightly used. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in about Fine Plus condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The trigger is crisp. Regarded as one of the best cocking systems in the world, no conventional safety catch can offer the level of safety guaranteed by an uncocked firing pin. The K95 is manually cocked just before the shot is taken. If no shot is fired, the firing pin spring is decocked by pulling back the cocking lever. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a Blaser case.

Our Assessment: Founded in 1957, Blaser is an uncompromising maker of premium sporting firearms. While they certainly do produce a number of elaborately engraved, super-premium stocked and otherwise opulent presentation pieces, the same attention to detail is given to the development of designs which are robust and simple, yet somehow innovative and elegant. From rifles to shotguns and even combination guns, Blaser has made a place for itself by providing hunting guns that will last for generations.

The K95 is just one such example. An elegant single shot rifle, it has simple but classic lines, beautiful walnut stocks, and the immense quality that you can expect from Blaser. This example has beautiful relief engraved game scenes, wonderfully figured checkered walnut stocks, and fit and function that matches its unrivaled form. In Fine Plus condition, the gun shows little sign of use. This is a beautiful rifle that you simply cannot pass on. Please see our photos and good luck!
Some are hot, some are not, but thankfully most can be shot!
