Our Assessment: The Beretta AL 390 Silver Mallard is a lightweight semi-automatic shotgun with a self-regulating gas system that can handle a range of loads from light target loads to heavy hunting loads. The slightly hump-backed receiver harkens back to the earliest semi-automatic shotguns but the design and craftsmanship is all modern. With its high condition, it is really hard to believe that this gun from the 1990’s. This shotgun is in about Fine Plus to Excellent condition and is ready to bust clays or drop doves!
