Markings: The underside of the receiver is marked “K80 / KRIEGHOFF / GmbH ULM / W. -GERMANY”. The left lip of the receiver is marked with the serial number and proofs. The forend hardware is numbered “22843”. The forend, lever, trigger guard, and receiver have scroll engraving.
Over Under: The left side of the upper barrel is marked with a two line warning. The left side of the lower barrel is marked “KRIEGHOFF INT., OTTSVILLE, PA / BOHLER-LAUFSTAHL”. The left side of each chamber is marked “3””. The left side of both barrels are marked with proofs. The bottom of the right shoulder of the barrel set is marked “843” and “K22”. The bottom of the monoblock is marked with proofs and “MADE IN / W-GERMANY / KRIRGHOFF / ULM”. The left side of both chambers is marked “2 3/4″” while the top chamber is marked “F” and the bottom is marked “IM”.
Unsingle: The left side of the upper faux-barrel is marked with a two line warning. The left side of the lower barrel is marked “KRIEGHOFF INT., OTTSVILLE, PA / BOHLER-LAUFSTAHL”. The left side of each chamber is marked “3””. The left side of both barrels are marked with proofs. The bottom of the right shoulder of the barrel set is marked “843”, “1”, and “K22”. Barrel Length: Over Under: 32″. Unsingle: 34″.
Choke: Both barrels have been threaded for Briley chokes. The over under is installed with S-2 VX extended chokes Modified over Light Modified. The unsingle is installed with a S-2 VX Full extended choke.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a white bead in a base that is screwed to the rib. There is a smaller metal midbead on the rib. Both barrel sets have the same sighting configuration.
Weight: 9 lb., 1 oz. The weight is the same with both barrels.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are checkered wood with a pistol grip with palm swells, adjustable comb, Schnabel tip finger groove forend, and serrated rubber buttpad. There are a few scattered light handling marks. There are some scattered compressions, dings, and some light scratches. Some of the most noticeable marks are on the belly and on the front of the forend. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 14 1/2” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad and 13 3/8″ to the wood. The drop at the comb is 1 1/2? at the front and rear and at the heel is 2?. The stocks rate in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright with no erosion. There are some areas of stubborn fouling, most notable in the unsingle barrel. In my opinion, the bores rate 10 of 10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 95% of its metal finish. There are scattered scuffs on the barrels that have thinned the finish. There is some finish loss on the edges of the muzzles. There are some marks into the sides of the ribs from previously mounted accessories. There are some little nicks and scratches on the barrels. There are light hanlding marks. The screw heads are sharp to lightly worn with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a hard case, manual, tools, and extra Briley chokes. The chokes are Improved Modified, Improved Cylinder, Cylinder, and Light Modified.
Our Assessment: The Kreighoff K80 needs no introduction…. It is the Rolex or Rolls-Royce of the shooting world. It is the gun that just about every shooter wants to add to the safe or arsenal for the range. The gun can literally take thousands of rounds and shooters trust these guns to take the abuse of serious competition. With that being said, this one is all ready for you to hit the range to compete, it has a 32? over under barrel and a 34″ unsingle barrel.
