Markings: The left of the dust cover is marked “UNITED STATES PROPERTY”, the left of the frame has a circled “WGP” monogram. The right of the dust cover is marked “No. 6382”. The top of the frame is marked “H” and “R” at the disconnector hole.

Type of Finish: Blued

Finish Originality: Much of the remaining blue appears original, worn areas show cold blue touch-up.

Overall Condition: This pistol frame retains about 50% of its metal finish. Strongest finish is in interior surfaces or areas which would be covered by installed parts. Other areas show wear with the gray color of old cold blue, some scattered minor surface erosion, discoloration from oxidation, nicks, scuffs and scratches. There are tool marks around some pin holes. The markings are clear. Overall, this frame is in about Good-Very Good condition as frame only.

Mechanics: There is nothing to indicate that this frame will not function properly with correctly installed parts. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
