220625DM036: The front sight is a blade integral to the slide at the front. The rear sight is a square notch dovetailed to the rear of the slide.
220625DM037: The front sight is a blade with a white dot dovetailed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a Novak square-notch with two white dots dovetailed and screw-set to the rear of the slide.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The grips are two-piece serrated and checkered G10 panels with NRA logos at the bottom-rear of each panel. The grips have no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in either bore.
Overall Condition: Each handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, these pistols are in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The actions function properly. The slides have barely perceptible play to the frames. The triggers are crisp. We did not fire these handguns. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: The pistols come in a two-piece blue cardboard box with foam insert fit for both pistols, a white cardboard sleeve with serial-matching labels, an assortment of factory paperwork including manuals, two cable locks and a total of four magazines (two for each pistol), as well as a Certificate of Authenticity
Our Assessment: Made for the 2014 Friends of NRA Gun of the Year, this is a matched set Mustang Pocketlite and Government Model Enhanced Stainless. This is quite the pair with a full-size 1911 chambered for the venerable .45 ACP which has a host of modern upgrades and the compact, lightweight .380 ACP. With matching serial numbers and their original box, these pistols look like they’ve barely seen handling and come with a Certificate of Authenticity which notes that there were only 1,135 of these sets produced. Whether you’re a fan of Colt, the NRA, or just think it’s nifty to have a matched set of a full-size .45 and a compact .380, this set will add nicely to any collection.
