Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “SIG SAUER”. The grips are marked Sig Sauer. The right side of the slide is marked “P220 Elite”. The barrel is marked “45 Auto”. The right side of the frame is marked “SIG SAUER INC. EXETER-NH / FRAME MADE IN GERMANY – SAUER”, Sauer & Sohn maker’s mark, “DE” and features the serial number “G522612”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a dovetailed blade with tritium dot and is marked “MH3 AK”. The rear sight is a dovetailed square notch with two tritium dots that is marked “MHP / AK”. Both front and rear sights are siglite tritium night sights. All the lamps are dim.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grip is one-piece Rosewood ergonomic beavertail style. There are only minor handling and storage marks on the grip. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the grips are in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: The pistol retains about 99% of its finish. There are some minor handling and storage marks. The markings are clear. The screwheads are sharp. Overall this pistol is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. There is a picatinny rail integrated onto the frame. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This handgun comes with a serial-matched Sig Sauer black polymer case, instruction manual and two (2) 8-round magazines with intact feed lips and strong follower springs.
