Markings: The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number above the trigger guard, “DE”, and “SIG SAUER INC. EXETER – NH / FRAME MADE IN GERMANY – SAUER” next to the company logo. The right side of the barrel visible through the ejection port is marked “.40 SW”, the left side is marked “SIG SAUER”. The left side of the slide is marked “SIG SAUER”. The right side of the slide is marked “P226 Elite”. The original grip panels are marked “SIG SAUER”. The underside of the slide is marked “AK 06 / 0706 00”.
Barrel Length: 4.4” Replacement barrel. The original barrel is also included.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade Trijicon night sight with a tritium insert and is dovetailed into the slide. The rear sight is a square notch SigLite night sight with two tritium lamps and is dovetailed into the slide. The lamps are bright.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are textured gray Hogue panels that enclose the backstrap and leave the checkered front strap exposed.. The grips have a few light marks but no major defects. They rate in about Excellent condition.
Also included are the original textured red wood grip panels. They too show no significant wear nor imperfections. There are no chips or cracks. The original grips rate in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bores, just light fouling in the grooves.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. There is some faint discoloration on the right side of the slide. There are faint takedown marks on the left side of the frame and some faint scratches on the right side of the frame behind the trigger. The screw heads range from sharp to tool marked with serviceable slots. The markings are sharp. Overall, this handgun rates in about Fine-Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. Currently installed is a Sig Armorer Superstrut Mainspring system and a Grayguns captured guide rod w/ flat wound spring. The original components are also included. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included with this pistol is a serial matched case, manual, one Sig Sauer 13-round mag, one Mec-Gar 13-round magazine with a Plus-2 floorplate, the previously mentioned mechanical parts, barrel, and grips, and a cable lock. Please note, no magazine will be included if prohibited by your laws.
