Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .44 SPECIAL”. The left side of the frame is marked “PAT. SEPT.19.1871 / JULY 2.72 JAN. 19. 75” adjacent to the Rampant Colt Logo. The bottom of the frame is marked “SA37551”. The top of the barrel is marked “COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. Co HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.”

Barrel Length: 4.75″

Sights/ Optics: The front sight is a blade fixed by the muzzle. The rear sight is a square-notch integral to the top-strap.

Stock Configuration & Condition/ Grip: The grip panels are two-piece faux ivory. The grip panels have some light handling marks, but they lack any notable defects. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: The revolver retains about 97% of its metal finish. There are some light handling marks, but the gun lacks any notable defects. The markings remain clear. The screw-heads are lightly tooled and remain serviceable. Overall, the revolver is in Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The single-action trigger is crisp. The gun has three clicks. The cylinder locks with only barely palpable play on each chamber. We have not fired this revolver. As with all used firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box Paperwork and Accessories: The gun comes with its serial matched box that has foam padding and a user manual.
