Our Assessment: This German Gewehr 98 Mauser was made by Danzig back in 1916. This WWI rifle has its original parts including its “roller coaster” sights. The metal finish has some issues but the rifle has good markings that include matching part numbers on the metal & wood. This Gew. 98 will add to your Military or WWI collection. Good luck.
