Our Assessment:  This is a lightweight .44 Magnum 5-Shot N-Frame Smith & Wesson dubbed the 329 PD AirLite. Weighing in at 1 lb. 10 oz. it is certainly deserving of the name. It has a scandium and alloy construction with a lightweight shroud over the steel portion of the barrel to reduce weight. Chambered in the potent .44 Magnum and with such a light weight, this would be suitable for defense or backwoods carry when you want it but hope not to need it. It can also be used for informal range shooting but you may wish to use softer .44 Special if you don’t want to punish your wrists. This example is in Excellent condition with light operational wear and is ready for a spot in your collection. Please see our pictures and good luck!
