Our Assessment: This Beretta 686 Onyx Sporting in 12 gauge has been installed with a 32″ top-single barrel which is threaded for chokes. The 686 is built around an action that has become an unrivaled benchmark for over-unders. It features a dual locking-lug system that ensures both strength and sleekness: the dual lugs in the middle of the action dispense with the need of a cross-bolt on top, thus enabling the receiver to be thin and low-profile. The point of balance is right at the hinge-pin, meaning that this Beretta shotgun will shoulder and point better than other brands costing several times as much. This shotgun is in Very Good-Fine condition and has some light use. You can also find yourself an over under barrel set and use this as a double barrel too. This is a well made Italian double gun made by one of the best, it will serve its new owner well for years to come. Please see our photos and good luck!
