Our Assessment: This is a Winchester Model 94 Carbine in .30-30 WCF that was made in 1963. The .30-30 is perhaps the most popular deer cartridge in America, and the 94 chambered for this classic round is nearly synonymous with “deer rifle”. This rifle is in Very Good condition with wear consistent with use in the field. It still retains a good bore and strong mechanics, so this rifle could be back out in the field dropping deer for another lifetime. As a pre-64 example of the 94 Carbine, it would also be a nice addition to a Winchester collection. Please see our photos and good luck!
