Our Assessment: This is a beautiful Weatherby Custom Shop Mark V that was manufactured in Japan by Miroku. This rifle is chambered for the beloved .300 Magnum, a .30 caliber rifle cartridge created by Roy Weatherby in 1944 and produced by Weatherby. It has become the most popular of all the Weatherby cartridges. This rifle has a nice bore and a clean, light trigger. The eye-catching brushed nickel finish is beautiful and uncommon amongst MarK V’s. It also comes equipped with a Redfield rail. All this thing needs is a decent sling and scope and it will be ready to hunt with. Please see our photos and good luck!
